PROMIS’s Program Project consists on the following:

A new physical space which will double the Organization’s capacity as to:

•  satisfy the growing needs of a clientele everlastingly rising
•  maintain, improve and increase the number of our services
•  approach and greet more immigrant people
•  develop new programs
•  extend our evening and weekend working hours
•  provide a particular care to young immigrants aged 12 to 17

Our offices are located on the Côte-des-Neiges area, entry door to Canada, of a considerable number of immigrants.

Thanks to your care and contribution, our 40 employees and our 400 volunteer workers will be assisted by our fundraising program in the following ways:

1. the use of 40% of our new offices for Francization purposes
2. to receive 150 children with their parents  in Saturday School, which represents a 7 time-increase on our present physical space offices
3. to set up a temporary (short and medium term) accommodation service (dwelling house) for newcomers  facing distressful situations
4. to expand our  employment and regionalization support centers
5. to improve our main services (first line services), offered to individuals in many languages, i.e. orientation and escorting, translation and simultaneous interpretation, search for accommodation, information workshops, outings and socio-cultural activities.

PROMIS has an urgent need of help to enable it to continue its work and achieve its mission, to consolidate its programs and develop new ones.
